Introducing Naomi
Hi, I’m Naomi! I’ve worked in the admin world for over 15 years, in roles ranging from call centres to legal secretary positions, all the way up to office manager. Right now, I split my time working as a church administrator and voluntary support, but I’m excited to branch out and offer my skills to others who could use a bit of extra support. I know there’s a real gap for people and businesses who need reliable admin help but aren’t ready (or don’t want!) to commit to someone full time. Plus, let’s be honest—there are plenty of people who despise admin… but that’s where I come in, because I absolutely love it!
Yes, I’m that person—the one who keeps all the WhatsApp groups organised, makes sure the tickets are sorted, and always has a highlighter and Post-it to hand. Over the years, I’ve studied and trained to keep my skills sharp and up to date. I’ve completed legal exams (my time as a legal secretary taught me heaps about professionalism and attention to detail), earned an Active PA diploma covering everything from organising business trips to mastering fast, accurate typing.

Hi, I’m Emma!
After recently making a life-enhancing decision to change careers and give back to the community, I left a role I’d been devoted to for 21 years. That’s right—two decades plus one year of loyalty, learning, and lots of coffee!
I bring a wealth of administrative skills, knowledge, and experience, covering both back-office operations and front-facing tasks. I’m well-versed in all forms of communication, adept at spinning multiple plates (sometimes literally!), and thrive under deadlines. Before my admin journey, I worked in the hospitality trade, so exceptional customer care has always been at the heart of what I do. I genuinely enjoy helping people, especially in times of need—because let’s face it, admin can sometimes feel like a never-ending maze of forms and emails.
On a personal note, I’m also a mum of three, so I completely understand that life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need a helping hand—whether it’s at work or in everyday life.
I look forward to bringing my experience, dedication, and a touch of humour to support others and make a positive difference.
